In the biological sense, an adult animal or human is one that has completely grown. The human world of adults refer to legal and social concepts. Legal adults are those who has reached the age of maturity and can be defined as an independent, self-sufficient person as well as responsible. In the early years of adulthood, our body has reached the fullest physical maturation. However, our body's size and weight could grow. When we reach the beginning of our lives, we're physically peaking. The strength of our muscles, the response time, sensoriac ability and cardiac function are all at their maximum.
